On February 27, 2012, we were approved by Chuo Ward as the first store in Chuo Ward to be a "certified raw meat handling facility."
As a result, we were able to sell raw meat nigiri and beef sashimi.
We will do our best to allow everyone to enjoy raw meat with peace of mind.
